missing amenities room temperature
The breakfast had plenty of options and the quality seemed acceptable.
I found that the room lacked expected amenities. There were no slippers, no shower robe and only single tubes of shower gel and shampoo. There was also no coffee available. It was disappointing that I received no complimentary water bottles. The room's temperature was TOO HOT and stuffy.

convenient location supportive staff comfortable bed
the location was really great, close to the train station. the staff was professional and supportive . the room was always clean, and the bed was super comfortable. checkout at 12 noon was convenient.
The hotel temperature was too hot. I had to open the window slightly for air, and the street noise bothered me.

The room was spacious and clean, with super clean linen. the bed was a great size and offered comfortable sleep throughout my stay. i also appreciated the separated toilet from the bathroom. It was a nice touch.

The breakfast buffet was hearty with fresh pastries and boiled eggs. there was also an omelette station, charcuterie, and salmon. It starts early, great for day trips. the breakfast started my day off right.

Wonderful Stay Near the Station
convenient location train station easy access
The hotel is very close to the railway station. Plenty of restaurants are nearby. It was easy to use the tram and taxis from the hotel. I found the location convenient. I walked to the lake and other sights easily.
I found that in-room kitchenette access cost extra. I thought it should be included given the cost of the rooms. This was a minor inconvenience .
